1Final Number of Pax / Change of Menu

Any changes on the order must be finalized 5 days prior to event date.

Calculation Instruction for Catering:

• Above 7 years old child — Count as 1 pax
• Below 7 years old child — Count as half pax
• Please inform & COUNT DOUBLE for catering with VIP guests to be served Sit-Down Style.
  (Extra charges apply for VIP service, set-up, cutlery & waiters.)

2Basic Preparation of Function (by host)

• Guest List
• Location Map for Guests
• Ready 'Venue' 2 days before event date

3Short-Food Handling

Kindly request our staff for immediate Head Count (both client and caterer) if a short-food incident should happen during the event.

It is our company's policy that we will not accept any dispute (argument) after the event has ended.

• Order food (by client) from a restaurant if required.

4Notes

• All confirmations valid only upon booking fees made — First come, first served.
• Kindly prepare full payment for our collection at the end of event.
• Please inform us if there are any 'own food arrangements' for our advice.
• Do not worry about 'Not Enough' food before catering starts.
• Do not rely on friends or relatives' advice about pax numbers based on their experience with other caterers. (They do not register guest attendance or conduct head counts.) Experienced caterers have better advice.

5Others

• Customer must prepare square tables for buffet line setup if they do not order furniture (canopy, tables, chairs) from our company.
• Canopies, tables & chairs will be removed within 3 days after event.
• All food warmers, trays, cutlery, buffet line tablecloth and skirting will be removed from venue at the end of event. Late collection requests incur extra charges.
• All rubbish will be packed and disposed at 'Venue' only.
• Standard waiter service — 3 hours only. Overtime charge at RM15.00 per hour per waiter.
